**Job Mission** Ensure continuous and efficient procurement of raw materials, pharmaceutical inputs, packaging materials, services, freight, and operational items, guaranteeing quality, technical compliance, and competitive costs to sustain the company’s uninterrupted production. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute procurement activities based on demand analysis, consumption history, lead time, and seasonality. * Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery timelines, cost-effectiveness, and delivery reliability. * Monitor inventory levels of critical inputs and sensitive raw materials to guarantee supply for continuous production. * Track performance indicators (inventory turnover, stockouts, delivery timelines, cost savings generated). * Support Logistics, Production, and Quality Control departments in the technical evaluation of new suppliers and raw materials. * Prepare purchase orders and oversee the entire procurement process through receipt, resolving logistical and administrative issues. * Maintain supplier registration and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and sanitary requirements. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing traceability evidence and reports. * Proactively prevent stockouts by proposing alternatives and strategic procurement adjustments. * Collaborate with related departments (Production, QC, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure adherence to production and delivery plans.
