Job Summary: Professional responsible for obtaining quotations, negotiating with suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring the procurement process for various materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Negotiation and quotation with suppliers 2. Management of raw material and input procurement 3. Development and qualification of new suppliers * Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the process until material delivery. * Procure raw materials for production, such as sheets, tubes, profiles, welding consumables, and other metallurgical inputs. * Procure office supplies, cleaning materials, maintenance items, PPE, and general-use materials. * Develop and qualify new suppliers. * Maintain supplier relationships to secure better commercial terms. * Monitor delivery deadlines and follow up with suppliers when necessary. * Monitor inventory levels in coordination with PCP, Warehouse, and Production departments. * Verify invoices against purchase orders when required. * Enter procurement data into the ERP system and keep supplier and product master data updated.
