Job Summary: Senior Purchaser to achieve optimal results in indirect materials procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and operate with strategic vision. Key Highlights: 1. We seek dedicated, organized professionals with strategic vision to strengthen our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Achieve optimal results in purchasing **indirect materials**, strictly adhering to quality standards, regulations, and established specifications; * Initiate procurement processes through supplier research and quotation requests; * Interact with requesting departments to understand requirements; * Identify alternatives and solutions that enhance the organization’s competitive advantage; * Evaluate proposals and negotiate optimal commercial terms; * Update product and supplier records and perform system entries; * Issue purchase orders upon approval by Management and forward them to suppliers; * Conduct follow-up with suppliers; * Monitor pickups coordinated by the transportation department or third-party carriers; * Collaborate with the Technical Purchaser to manage documentation with Civil and Federal Police for updating licenses related to hazardous product purchases; * Comply with internal procedures, safety and health policies, and applicable regulations; * Ensure high-quality service to internal customers and suppliers; * Perform duties inherent to the department as directed by Management or the Procurement Supervisor; * Visit suppliers jointly with the Quality department for supply validation. **Desirable Qualifications** * Prior experience in procurement; * Experience in supplier negotiation and development; * Knowledge of administrative processes and document control; * Organizational skills, strong communication ability, and results orientation; **Benefits** * Health plan with **Santa Tereza** * Dental plan with **Uniodonto** * Pharmacy plan with **Drogal** * Free shuttle service (Hortolândia/Monte Mor) * On-site meals * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Wellhub * Profit-sharing program (PLR) If you are an analytical, negotiation-savvy professional committed to results, join a solid and continuously growing company!
