Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for conducting quotations, prospecting suppliers, negotiating, tracking purchase orders, and ensuring compliance and optimization of the supply chain.
Key Highlights:
1. Conduct strategic negotiations and prospect new suppliers.
2. Evaluate, qualify, and maintain qualified suppliers aligned with ISO 9001.
3. Make strategic decisions to optimize the supply chain.
**The main responsibilities include:**
● Conduct spot quotations, prospect and develop new suppliers, perform strategic negotiations, and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring optimal commercial terms regarding cost, delivery time, and quality.
● Perform daily handling and reconciliation of discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders.
● Provide service and support to internal customers, ensuring agility and accuracy in addressing requests according to the company’s procurement policy.
● Evaluate, qualify, and maintain qualified suppliers aligned with internal standards and certifications such as ISO 9001.
● Make quick and accurate decisions in unforeseen situations, ensuring operational continuity and resolution of issues related to purchase orders.
● Analyze the overall supply chain landscape and make strategic decisions contributing to the achievement of the company’s financial objectives.
**Required Qualifications:**
● Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
● Prior experience in procurement (indirect materials and services).
● Knowledge of tax, fiscal, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance in procurement processes.
● Experience working in ISO-certified companies is a plus.
