Job Summary: The Purchaser is responsible for acquiring materials, products, and services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness, negotiating with suppliers, and pursuing strategic opportunities. Optimizing procurement processes and reducing costs The Purchaser is responsible for procuring the materials, products, and services required by the company, ensuring appropriate quality, delivery timelines, and cost. Additionally, the role involves negotiating with suppliers, analyzing the supplier market, and seeking strategic purchasing opportunities. * Requesting and analyzing supplier quotations and proposals. * Negotiating commercial terms, delivery schedules, and payment methods. * Reviewing and evaluating supply contracts to secure optimal conditions for the company. * Monitoring the procurement process from requisition through to material or service delivery. * Maintaining supplier relationships to foster long-term partnerships. * Analyzing the supplier market to identify new opportunities and trends. * Participating in trade fairs, events, and technical visits to explore new products and suppliers. * Preparing procurement performance reports and key performance indicators. * Contributing to procurement process optimization and cost reduction. * Participating in strategic meetings to align procurement activities with corporate objectives.
