A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Purchaser professional in Itajaí (Cordeiros). Pro Workforce Training offers professional training and development programs. We focus on preparing individuals for the job market. **Responsibilities:** Execute the full procurement cycle, including quotation, strategic negotiation, and purchase order closure. Conduct prospecting, approval, and qualification of new suppliers in domestic and international markets. Actively negotiate delivery timelines, payment terms, and pricing tables to optimize cash flow. Perform comparative quotations with a minimum of 03 (three) distinct suppliers to ensure competitiveness. Analyze technical and commercial proposals, issuing well-founded assessments to support management decision-making. Execute highly complex technical purchases, specifically spare parts for Reach Stacker equipment maintenance. Monitor purchase order follow-up, ensuring strict adherence to agreed delivery deadlines. Maintain up-to-date supplier and item records in the ERP system. Support the management and negotiation of annual contracts and strategic supply agreements (Master Service Agreements). Prepare and present performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the procurement department. Identify and implement cost-saving (cost reduction) and process improvement opportunities. Operate strictly in compliance with internal policies, compliance standards, and the company's code of ethics. Conduct ABC curve analysis of materials to prioritize critical items and strategically manage inventory. Calculate and monitor minimum stock levels and safety stock levels to ensure continuous supply without excess. Manage import processes, from foreign exchange and customs clearance to receipt of overseas materials. Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
