Job Summary: Commercial Manager responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the commercial activities of a pharmaceutical distributor, ensuring achievement of targets and market expansion. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic leadership in pharmaceutical sales. 2. Team management and definition of commercial targets. 3. Regulatory knowledge and B2B market expansion. Position: Commercial Manager Plan, direct, and control the pharmaceutical distributor’s commercial activities, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and market expansion targets in compliance with current sanitary regulations, company commercial policies, and strategies. Main Responsibilities **Develop and execute the commercial strategic plan.** Manage internal and external sales teams. **Define individual and collective targets, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).** Develop strategies to expand the customer portfolio (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, public agencies). **Lead strategic commercial negotiations.** Monitor pricing, margins, and market competitiveness. **Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations, Good Distribution Practices, and other regulatory requirements.** Monitor bidding processes (where applicable). **Develop commissioning and incentive policies.** Analyze sales reports, accounts receivable delinquency, and inventory turnover. **Collaborate closely with Finance, Logistics, and Regulatory departments.** Represent the company at pharmaceutical industry events. Mandatory Requirements **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Pharmacy, Economics, or related fields.** Proven experience in commercial management within the pharmaceutical sector or pharmaceutical distribution. **Knowledge of sanitary legislation and the pharmaceutical distribution chain.** Experience in B2B negotiation. **Proficiency in commercial metrics (average transaction value, margin, markup, inventory turnover, CAC, LTV).** Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
