Located in Palhoça/SC **Responsibilities:** Identify and prioritize inactive customers with purchase history Conduct proactive outreach (phone calls, WhatsApp, emails) using a consultative approach Offer promotional campaigns, kits, and product replacement solutions—including the PDV online purchasing platform Directly close simple orders (up to R$ 1.500,00) Refer larger opportunities to the Closer with updated briefing Record all outreach activities and status in the system Update customer history in the system and inform status to the Closer sales representative Perform structured follow-up based on customer responses Collaborate closely with telesales and marketing teams **Required Competencies and Qualifications:** Agility and attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills Motivation to work and willingness to learn Respect for company hierarchy and policies Teamwork ability Basic knowledge of sales or commercial customer service Availability for full-time employment **Benefits:** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** Receive R$ 25.00 per day for delicious meals.
