Position: Civil Construction Procurement Specialist Work Location: Goiânia Employment Type: On-site \| PJ Employment Type: We are evaluating salary expectations and defining remuneration. Responsibilities * Implement strategic category planning for assigned categories, meeting client requirements regarding cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery timelines through negotiations, analyses, and selection of the most suitable supplier to fulfill purchase orders; * Prepare and issue tender documents to service providers, detailing bidding information; * Administer the supplier selection process for service quotations, ensuring procurement is conducted exclusively with pre-approved suppliers (vendor list); * Develop new suppliers offering alternatives in technologies, equipment, and products, promoting innovation and sustainability; * Monitor departmental KPIs, including generation of the Monthly Book and weekly Backlog tracking; * Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services to internal departments; * Anticipate market changes, identifying innovations and best practices that support continuous and sustainable cost reduction; * Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, optimizing human and financial resources by collaborating with relevant departments and proposing corrective actions; * Be accountable for all procurement activities related to civil construction projects and leisure facilities across all company construction sites in Brazil. Requirements * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with UAU, BIM, and AutoCAD; * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
