Delighting the customer at the end of the purchase **Description** A professional responsible for ensuring customer service involving payments, receipt of funds, cash register closing, and invoice issuance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Receives proceeds from sales of parts, accessories, and services; Regularly deposits funds into the safe as customer payments are received; only the amount corresponding to the change kit may remain in the cash register; Verifies that the part/product matches the invoice; Provides customers with information regarding parts/products, such as warranty, exchange policies, etc.; Ensures customers have been well served; Delights the customer at the end of the purchase by providing courteous service and thanking them for their purchase; Performs other tasks related to the position, as directed by the supervisor; Maintains a clean and organized workplace in accordance with the Quality Project; Provides customer service in accordance with job-specific procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Completed high school education – Basic computer skills – Strong communication skills – Agility and organizational skills
