Organization and restocking of merchandise Job Description Responsible for customer service at the cafeteria counter, preparation of hot and cold beverages and food, restocking and pricing of counters, as well as hygiene cleaning of the area, contributing to cafeteria product quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties: * Serve customers at tables, take and deliver orders, clean tables, and organize the environment to ensure customer satisfaction. * Prepare hot beverages using the coffee machine to fulfill customer orders. * Purchase products from the store, informing the Loss Prevention department of all purchases made at the store; * Receive frozen product deliveries, adhering to goods receipt and storage standards to ensure product freshness and customer satisfaction; * Perform maintenance/cleaning of utensils and department equipment according to health surveillance requirements, as well as cleaning the sales area and stockroom, keeping them clean and organized; * Prepare the department for store opening and closing, including restocking, pricing, product display, and storage, ensuring high-quality presentation while complying with all applicable regulations and procedures; * Comply with company policies/procedures/standards, work processes, and implemented management systems; * Maintain order, custody, and preservation of materials and equipment under one's responsibility, as well as maintain organization of documentation related to work processes; * Perform other duties related to this position and to work process procedures. * ***Schedule:*** 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
