




Job Summary: Responsible for producing various bakery and confectionery products, quality control, ingredient requisition, and maintaining workplace hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance and collaboration with the team **Duties/Responsibilities:** * Produce store items such as cookies, cakes, breads, sandwiches, and others; * Carry products on trays to the oven for baking; * Requisition ingredients required for preparing store items; * Participate in meetings with other team members when necessary or upon request by the immediate manager or executive management, aiming to implement improvements for the company and reduce various difficulties; * Assist other team members in production; * Perform quality control over products within the assigned department; * Use appropriate quantities of raw materials for each recipe to minimize waste; * Assist in producing other store items when needed or upon request by the immediate supervisor; * Clean and sanitize the workplace and equipment used after each workday, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling; * Properly use and maintain personal protective equipment and uniforms, ensuring their cleanliness and integrity, as required for performing daily tasks; and * Perform duties in accordance with the company’s values and standards. **Benefits:** Salary + 5% productivity bonus, Individual performance and tenure bonus (starting at 6 months), Transportation allowance, Meal benefit (provided by the company), Food basket, SESC membership, Discounted medical consultations and exams, and Discounted purchases at the company.
