Issue purchase orders in the system and monitor the workflow until material or service delivery. Verify invoices, purchase orders, and other documents related to acquisitions. Support delivery deadline tracking, flagging potential delays to relevant departments. Update and maintain supplier, product, and service registrations in the system. Organize and archive departmental documents (purchase orders, contracts, quotations, and invoices). Support the Procurement team in administrative tasks and departmental routines.
