




Job Summary: A professional to assist with purchasing department activities, ensuring process efficiency and adequate supply of materials and products. Key Highlights: 1. The professional will be responsible for assisting with purchasing department activities, ensuring process efficiency and adequate supply of materials and products required by the company. **Responsibilities:** Supplier research and selection. Price and contract negotiation. Purchase order processing. Inventory control (in coordination with the responsible department). Delivery tracking. Cost and quality analysis. Supplier relationship management. Record and system updates **Mandatory Requirements:** Minimum 6 months of experience in this role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Completed high school education (bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable). Experience in supplier negotiations is a plus. Prior procurement experience, preferably in maintenance parts. Basic knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
