We are seeking a professional to join our **Corporate Advisory** team at our **São Paulo** office, with a focus on **M\&A.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in key stages of M\&A processes, from origination to closing; * Build financial models and valuation analyses; * Conduct financial and strategic analyses to support transactions; * Prepare materials and presentations; * Identify potential investors, buyers, and targets; * Coordinate the process of taking a company to market (interaction with potential investors/buyers); * Coordinate the due diligence process; * Support contractual negotiations; * Lead meetings and communications with clients and partners. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in financial modeling (valuation); * Knowledge and prior experience in corporate finance; * Fluent English; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in M\&A processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
