Work environment that values organization, attention to detail, and proactivity **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT \- PROCUREMENT** **Department: Parque das Laranjeiras** **Working Hours: 44 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00)** *RESPONSIBILITIES* * Monitor deadlines and critical clinic documents (licenses, contracts, certificates, etc.); * Support units in administrative routines, procurement, maintenance, and supplies; * Negotiate with suppliers and follow up on requests until completion; * Organize digital files, ensuring information accessibility and security; * Perform duties pertinent to the position. *REQUIREMENTS* * Completed high school education; * Preferably residing near the Parque das Laranjeiras area; * Preferably pursuing or having completed a college degree in administrative fields; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity. *COMPENSATION* * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance: BRL 22.00/day; * Fuel allowance: BRL 300.00/month; * Attendance bonus; * SalveMed Health Plan; * SESC Benefit Program; * Crescer Juntos Program (Education Assistance).
