Conduct quotations, negotiate directly with suppliers, track purchase orders, finalize service and raw material purchases, and organize documentation and system registrations. **ACTIVITIES:** * Assist procurement department activities, including requesting quotations, comparing proposals, and following up with suppliers. * Enter purchase orders into the ERP system and monitor delivery deadlines. * Control and keep supplier registration information updated, including lead times, prices, and commercial terms. * Support preparation of comparative price, lead time, and payment condition spreadsheets. * Track internal requisitions and ensure proper information flow between departments. * Verify with requesting departments whether received materials match the original requests, to clarify doubts related to purchase orders and invoices. * Assist in invoice and incoming document verification together with the tax and finance departments. * Monitor minimum stock levels for critical items and notify the responsible buyer about necessary replenishments. * Support internal and external audits, maintaining required quality system documentation up to date. * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and occupational safety guidelines per internal and regulatory standards. * Perform other related tasks of similar complexity within the scope of responsibilities, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum of 6 months of administrative experience; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with ERP systems; **Desirable:** * Technical course in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement routines and supplier negotiations. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
