Register products Assist in requesting and analyzing quotations from suppliers Record and track purchase orders in the system. Monitor delivery deadlines and support inventory tracking. Support price and simple purchase condition negotiations. Prepare procurement spreadsheets and reports. Liaise with suppliers, providing support regarding deadlines, documentation, and payments. Assist in filing invoices, contracts, and purchase orders. Provide administrative support to the procurement department.
