We would be delighted to welcome you to our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interface with Finance and Logistics departments, managing procedures such as RMA issuance, scheduling pickups, handling cancellations, registrations, releases, reactivations, and resolving discrepancies related to deadlines and payments; * Support sales consultants in commercial routines, including quotation entry into SPR, initial customer service, order placement, gathering information on active/inactive customers, and maintaining updated CRM records; * Monitor follow-ups and negotiations, tracking high-value quotations, delivery timelines, communication with domestic/international suppliers, and supporting quotation and commercial condition discussions; * Update reports, spreadsheets, and departmental controls, ensuring reliable data for decision-making and sharing relevant information with consultants and leadership; * Manage and monitor order flow, tracking pending orders, process failures (inventory/transfer), item sheet creation, and purchase order issuance, ensuring operational fluidity and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable. **Additional Information** * Flexible Food Allowance; * Flexible Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Fuel Allowance; * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Partnerships with universities and language schools; * Payroll-Deductible Loan; * TotalPass (access to top gyms and studios nationwide); * Life Insurance; * SESC benefits; * Profit-Sharing Program (PLR) — share in the company's success through profit and results distribution).
