YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive Torra Card sales, aiming to meet and exceed established targets for each product while guiding customers on payment methods and exclusive benefits. * Develop strategies in credit operations and sales to attract new customers, facilitating credit analysis for card issuance and actively promoting current promotional campaigns. * Take responsibility for completing applications and issuing cards; when necessary, conduct post-sales activities with support from the cashier supervisor, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Proactively engage store customers, offering the card and delivering exceptional service to both existing and new customers, thereby increasing sales of additional products. * Maintain a spotless and organized workplace, positively influencing workplace culture and operational quality. * Remain open to performing other related duties as directed by management, demonstrating versatility and commitment to team and company success.
