Product organization and display Description: Responsibilities: * Support store management to ensure operational efficiency and target attainment. * Supervise and guide the team. * Ensure product organization, restocking, and display according to the layout. * Conduct cash register opening and/or closing procedures and cash reconciliation. * Assist in inventory control and administrative tasks. * Act as manager substitute during absences, maintaining the store's excellence standards. Requirements: * Completed high school education (pursuing higher education is a plus). * Prior experience in leadership roles. * Proficiency in people management and results-oriented guidance. * Availability to work during shopping mall operating hours, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled. * Availability to work at North Shopping Bezerra de Menezes.
