Operational, financial, and quality control of the pizzeria **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage the pizzeria's customer service and production areas, promoting products and services while ensuring quality and service excellence. **Job Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience in team management and sales; **Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop the customer service and production teams; * Conduct team meetings and training sessions; * Monitor customer service delivery; * Control and analyze managerial tools; * Develop sales and performance strategies; * Create team work schedules; * Perform store opening and closing procedures; * Oversee all routine pizzeria operations; * Supervise and instruct team activities; * Control food and ingredient costs and inventory; * Inspect overall company organization and cleanliness; * Manage budgeting and procurement tracking; * Coordinate the team and develop strategies to attract more customers; * Organize customer satisfaction and delight surveys; * Implement service and production improvement methods; * Participate in company-provided meetings and training sessions; * Evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous development. * Verify expiration dates of food and beverages to prevent stockouts; * Review invoices and generate reports; * Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits; * Perform other tasks compatible with the requirements of the role or department, as needed or at the supervisor's discretion. * The employee must be aware of the employer's rules and guidelines, and of their responsibility not to record, film, photograph, or publicly expose customers and other employees without express authorization; they must also understand their responsibility in case of unauthorized data, information, photo, video, or audio leaks originating from corporate equipment, phones, or documents, in accordance with Law No. 13.709/2018 – General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
