ERP System Utilization for Management **DESCRIPTION:** Plan, control, and optimize **Procurement and Inventory Management** processes, ensuring appropriate product availability, cost reduction, and minimal tied-up capital, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and departmental structuring. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, control, and execute procurement processes for materials and supplies. * Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, delivery schedules, and costs. * Evaluate and monitor supplier performance. * Standardize and ensure compliance with internal procurement processes. * Prepare and present managerial reports and area KPIs. * Plan, control, and verify inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy. * Register products in the ERP system. * Record and track product receipts in the system. * Monitor inventory movements and support physical inventories as required. * Prepare and present inventory control and performance reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferred degree in **Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related fields;** * Experience in Procurement and/or Inventory Management roles. * Hands-on experience using an **ERP** system for procurement and inventory control. * Excel/spreadsheet proficiency at **basic to intermediate** level. **COMPENSATION \+ BENEFITS:** * Salary; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meal benefit; * Birthday day off. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
