Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst with experience in quotations, negotiations, and procurement of indirect materials and services to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. If you have experience in this field and wish to work on quotations, negotiations, and procurement of indirect materials and services, this position is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to secure optimal prices, delivery times, and quality; * Manage procurement of materials and contracting of services required for company operations; * Analyze product turnover, stock coverage, and ABC classification to support replenishment strategy definition; * Support material planning considering demand, margin, and capital invested in inventory; * Monitor supplier performance regarding delivery time, service level, and quality, proposing improvements when necessary; * Track purchase orders and ensure compliance among purchase orders, invoices, and agreed terms; * Evaluate departmental KPIs, product and supplier margins, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction; * Prepare analyses and reports to support management decision-making. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement of indirect materials and services; * Basic knowledge of material planning; * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with material planning and inventory management; * Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools is a plus. **Expected Competencies:** * Negotiation skills; * Critical analysis; * Organization and proactivity; * Resilience and commitment; * Strong communication skills; * Effective time management and prioritization in critical situations
