Job Summary: A professional responsible for researching, selecting, accrediting, and evaluating suppliers; managing supply requisitions; quoting products; negotiating with suppliers; and monitoring procurement processes. Contract and procurement process management Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Meal Allowance: BRL 18.00 per workday; Unimed health insurance plan, Uniodonto dental insurance plan. Main Responsibilities: * Research, select, accredit, and evaluate suppliers according to criteria established in the quality management system, maintaining supplier registration and required documentation up to date; * Process supply requisitions according to departmental needs, ensuring delivery within specified compliance standards and timelines; * Quote products required for production, aiming to achieve optimal cost-benefit for the company; * Contact suppliers to negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery deadlines; * Issue purchase orders in the system, including negotiated commercial terms and necessary product and service specifications for the supplier; * Identify and propose potential supply models; * Manage purchase contracts with suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and contractual clauses; * Organize and monitor the procurement process, ensuring proper documentation and reporting via the system.
