




Job Summary: Professional responsible for administrative tasks, including budgeting, quotations, supplier and customer service, and support to various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the administrative department and petty cash 2. Prepares budgets and quotations for products and services 3. Provides support to various company departments Responsible for the administrative department and petty cash; Prepares budgets and quotations for products and services; Monitors and serves suppliers and customers; Receives and provides information regarding products and services; Handles various document processing procedures; Issues the payment receipt card; Supports the following departments: Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Tax, Human Resources (DHO), Information Technology, and Quality Assurance. Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
