Administrative support to the unit manager Responsible for providing support in HR and administrative areas, issuing purchase and service invoices, handling various documents while complying with all required procedures. Assist in administrative control tasks and provide administrative support to the unit manager. Responsibilities: * Answer phone calls; * Respond to e-mails; * Assist in inventory control and registration, when applicable; * Register invoices for supplies and maintenance, when applicable; * Perform other duties related to the position. Qualifications: Minimum Requirement: Completed High School Education Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office; Behavioral skills: good communication, proactivity, organization, and teamwork.
