Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative, logistics, and shipping activities, providing support to Coordination; jointly with management, develop the administrative trainee; contact suppliers of goods or services for quotations and assisted execution of CD requirements; record invoices for such services and monitor supplier payment flows; * Monitor all deliveries and/or pickups to ensure they occur within established deadlines and targets; request general support materials; * Provide administrative support to immediate supervisor; verify and record freight charges, CD expenses, and other controls for monthly cost monitoring based on OPEX; * Manage the entire billing process; * Attend to customers, customer support center (SAC), and commercial support; * Handle the returns process; * Conduct follow-up on deliveries and returns; * Receive and file documents from various departments; * Enter delivery receipts into the system; * Support quality processes and other departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, logistics planning, and inventory control. * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the selection process, as required by the department. * Location: Fazendinha neighborhood, Santana de Parnaíba/SP. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 13:24–22:00, and Saturday, 10:00–17:00. * Work modality: 100% on-site.
