Learn more about the position below: **Who we seek: Individuals with motivation, discipline, organization, responsibility, teamwork, concentration, and punctuality.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the department with data entry, recording, and management of internal control spreadsheets. * Assist in drafting, organizing, and copying documentation; * Organize and archive all departmental circulating documents; * Assist in preparing documents of various types and requirements; * Complete internal forms to support and assist employees and supervisors. * Monitor minimum stock levels of office supplies. * Perform other related duties as required by the operational unit’s specific responsibilities and the nature of the work, per superior instruction. **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need to have: * Age between 18 and 22 years * Completed high school * Resident of Itaguaí - RJ **Additional Information** Salary: R$ 917.50 Transportation Benefit (RioCard) Health Plan after 6 months Dental Plan after 5 months Meal Allowance of R$325.00/month TotalPass Life Insurance **Work Modality: In-person - 6 hours per day** Unimed Costa Verde is a pioneering medical cooperative, founded in 1992 with the mission of valuing independent medical practice and physician autonomy.
