The Polyclinic provides outpatient and day-hospital care, offering medical consultations in the specialties of Cardiology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Urology, Dermatology, Gynecology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Angiology, and a Multiprofessional Team: Nursing, Psychology, Stoma Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Nutrition, Acupuncture, and Clinical Pharmacy. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform maintenance on microcomputers. Install and configure local and network printers. Install Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office productivity software. Configure Internet and email access, and provide user support for Internet usage and other related IT technical support activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Technical course in Computer Assembly and Maintenance or Hardware. * Training in Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, Internet, and Networking. * Minimum six (6) months of documented experience in the role of Technical Support/IT Technician. **Additional Information** * Position requires on-site work. **Professionals from partner companies, suppliers, and/or service providers, as well as individuals with familial or personal ties within the same service or under alternative contractual arrangements (e.g., contracts with service providers), must comply with current HR regulations, verified through consultation with the Recruitment and Selection Department.** The **SPDM – Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine** is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility—respectively by Decrees No. 57.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8.911, dated 07/30/1970.
