Operational Internship

Description

You will be responsible for monitoring various operational processes of the funds managed by the company. We seek a candidate focused on organization, attention to detail, and eager to learn about the Private Credit market **Responsibilities and Duties** Ø **Monitor** the settlement of financial transactions; Ø **Validate** portfolios; Ø **Interact** with administrators, custodians, and brokerage firms; Ø **Provide support** to the management, risk, commercial, and compliance teams; Ø **Assist** in automating routine tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** Ø **Fields of study:** Economics, Business Administration, Engineering (Production, Civil, etc.), Accounting, and related areas; Ø **Excel:** **Advanced** level (use of complex functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and filters); Ø **Knowledge of Finance and Financial Mathematics:** Understanding of Fixed Income concepts, interest rates, and market indices (e.g., CDI, IPCA, IDEX, etc.); Ø **Logical and Analytical Reasoning:** Ability to follow procedures, identify data inconsistencies, and structure information; Ø **Programming Languages:** Proficiency in **Python** (for task automation or data manipulation); Ø **Intermediate English:** Ability to read and comprehend texts and engage in basic communication; Ø **Artificial Intelligence Knowledge:** Understanding of what AI is, how it works, and how to apply it in daily tasks; Ø **SQL** (for queries and data processing). **Additional Information** **Additional Information:** Work modality: In-person, Rio de Janeiro (RJ) Market-competitive salary. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Semi-annual bonus.
