More than joining a large company, you will become part of a team committed to excellence, working with purpose and constantly seeking positive impact — both for the business and for people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the collection, analysis, and consolidation of financial data to ensure information accuracy. * Support the monthly accounting closing process, including analyses, reconciliations, and validations. * Monitor adherence between actual and projected results. * Prepare financial and management reports to support decision-making. * Support the development of financial projections and budgets. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of controller and financial analysis processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and financial statement analysis. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience in financial or accounting analysis. * Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote). **Additional Information** Our Tokio Way of Being reinforces a culture that values who you truly are!
