We are a team composed of **people who see beyond the obvious!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate treasury activities, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Prepare and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities related to the company's liquidity. * Monitor daily cash position to ensure sufficient resources to meet financial obligations. * Manage working capital by tracking financial indicators and proposing actions to optimize resources. * Supervise payment, collection, and banking transaction processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Analyze variances between actual and forecasted results and propose corrective actions when necessary. * Develop management reports and executive presentations on cash position, indebtedness, financial investments, and financial performance. * Manage relationships with financial institutions, supporting negotiations for products, services, and credit operations. * Monitor financial contracts, financing arrangements, investments, and banking obligations. * Ensure accurate execution of bank reconciliations and monthly financial closing. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring reliability of financial information. * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of treasury processes. * Coordinate and develop the finance team under your responsibility. * Ensure compliance, integrity, accuracy of processes, and continuous improvement within the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management will be considered a plus. **Experience** * Proven experience in Corporate Treasury, Financial Planning, or Financial Management. * Experience in preparing projected cash flow (Forecast) and liquidity management. * Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. * Experience leading or coordinating finance teams. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced Excel. * Financial Mathematics. * Cash Flow and Working Capital Management. * Bank Reconciliation and Financial Operations. * ERP system knowledge.
