Main responsibilities * Analyze medium-complexity technical processes related to OPME authorization and regulation, ensuring compliance with best clinical practices, internal protocols, and regulatory standards. * Monitor technical regulation processes, operational workflows, and SLA indicators. * Analyze sanitary registrations of requested materials by consulting competent regulatory agencies, verifying their validity for commercialization. * Operate in compliance with supplementary health regulations and standards. * Provide technical support to other departments, clarifying doubts and assisting with specific requests. * Interact with attending physicians via telephone to discuss technical aspects and adjust OPME requests according to the operator’s protocols and medical best practices. * Perform other duties inherent to the role, as directed by leadership. Requirements * Experience in OPME and Regulation within a Supplementary Health Operator. * Knowledge of legislation and standards governing supplementary health. * Experience analyzing special materials and sanitary registrations. * Strong communication skills for technical interaction with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. * Analytical, organized profile, committed to quality and meeting deadlines.
