Tech Lead (Java/Angular)

Description

We are looking for a Technical Leader or Fullstack Software Engineer with leadership experience, highly motivated and experienced to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software development projects, as well as strong communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills. **Project:** The selected developer will join our software development team to work on an ongoing project that leverages cutting-edge technologies, where the team collaborates closely with other development teams, including software quality and infrastructure engineering. **Project Scale:** The project involves high-availability, scalability, and security resources. It is considered highly strategic for the company and has a significant budget. **Team Size:** The project's development team consists of approximately 6 people, including developers, architects, project managers, and other technology team members. The selected developer will be part of the development team and collaborate closely with other developers as well as other technology team members. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring effective resolution of complex software issues; Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software in collaboration with other teams; Provide technical support for software-related issues to other teams and customers; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose innovative and creative initiatives to keep the company at the forefront of technology; Collaborate closely with all team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. **Duties:** Collaborate with and mentor other developers on software projects; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing software; Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality; Write clean, well-documented code that meets business and technical requirements; Collaborate closely with other teams—including software quality and infrastructure engineering—to ensure platform consistency and scalability. **Other Requirements and Qualifications, Tools, Skills, Courses, and Certifications:** Experience in **Java development** Experience with **cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud** Experience with **frameworks such as Angular** Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Technical team mentoring skills** Knowledge of agile methodologies, including SCRUM, Kanban, LEAN, or SAFe. Familiarity with tools such as Adobe XD, Jira, Wiki, Confluence, InVision, or Miro. Knowledge of other programming languages or frameworks, such as NodeJS, React, Python, or C\#.
