. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Develop and evolve backend services, implementing business rules according to requirements and the defined architecture; * Integrate applications with systems and data sources, processing information and exposing APIs and services for various platform channels; * Participate in technical design decisions, requirement refinement, and risk and dependency analysis; * Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through sound development practices, testing, and code reviews; * Address complex problems and drive continuous evolution of applications and services; * Support architectural evolution and disseminate technical best practices across the team; * Serve as a technical reference, contributing to the growth of other professionals and to delivery quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot; * Knowledge of microservices architecture, system integration, and REST APIs; * Proficiency in object-oriented programming, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and software development best practices; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Hands-on experience with messaging services and asynchronous processing; * Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and software quality strategies; * Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD processes; * Experience with observability, troubleshooting, log analysis, performance optimization, resilience, and application security; * Experience building applications in cloud environments and ability to propose technical solutions aligned with business needs; * Experience with agile tools and demand management, such as Jira.
