We are a team composed of **people who see beyond the obvious!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor the annual budget (Budget), periodic revisions (Forecast), and short-, medium-, and long-term financial projections; * Conduct economic and financial performance analyses, identifying variances between actual and budgeted results and proposing corrective actions; * Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, with focus on EBITDA, margin, profitability, and value creation; * Prepare management reports and executive presentations for the Board of Directors, Board of Advisors, and other stakeholders; * Lead economic and financial feasibility studies for new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives; * Support CAPEX and OPEX management, ensuring alignment with corporate planning; * Structure and maintain cost centers, profit centers, and other managerial dimensions within corporate systems; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring quality and traceability of financial information; * Develop and enhance internal controls, processes, and policies within the Controller function; * Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, HR, and Technology teams to support business strategic decisions; * Participate in transformation, automation, and continuous improvement projects for financial and management processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree preferred. **Experience** * Proven experience in Controller functions, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, and Financial Analysis. * Hands-on experience executing Budget, Forecast, and performance analysis. * Experience delivering executive presentations and supporting strategic decision-making. * Experience with internal and external audits. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced Excel. * Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools preferred. * ERP systems. * Financial modeling and economic feasibility analysis skills. * Understanding of financial statements and performance metrics. **Differentiators** * Experience in technology or services companies. * Participation in organizational transformation projects, corporate spin-offs, or system implementations. * Knowledge of IFRS. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS OF BEING VISION!** At Vision, security starts with people.
