Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and maintain enterprise solutions using **SharePoint Online** and **Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)**; * Create and automate business processes with **Power Automate (flows)**, integrating diverse systems and data sources; * Design low-code applications focused on **usability, performance, and scalability**; * Manage lists, libraries, permissions, and site structures in SharePoint; * Integrate solutions with **Dataverse, APIs, databases, and external services**; * Support solution architecture definition within the **Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem**; * Maintain and continuously evolve existing applications; * Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions; * Ensure best practices for **governance, information security, and compliance (e.g., LGPD)**; * Document solutions and promote technical knowledge sharing across the team. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience with **SharePoint Online** (sites, permissions, lists, and libraries); * Practical experience with **Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)**; * Knowledge of **Power Automate (flows)**; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **Dataverse**; * Experience in **data modeling and business logic**; * Familiarity with **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** (for SharePoint customizations); * Knowledge of **governance and access management** within Microsoft 365; * Experience with version control and software development best practices; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT-related fields; * Experience with the **Power Platform**; * Knowledge of **LGPD and data governance**; * Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400); * Experience in complex, regulated corporate environments (e.g., financial services/insurance); * Experience integrating **Power BI and the Power Platform**. **Additional information** We are the **Grupo SysMap**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai** — an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
