" **Responsibilities and Assignments** Develop features — either Out\-Of The Box (OOTB) or custom — covering both declarative and programmatic development. Ensure high quality of programmatically developed customizations (APEX, Aura, LWC, etc.). Ensure high quality of declarative customizations by following established best practices and standards defined in the Reference Architecture. Validate your own work in your personal development environment before promoting it, leveraging DevOps pipeline automations. Synchronize your development environment with the subsequent QA environment — including both your branch and sandbox. **Requirements and Qualifications** Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a significant advantage. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and propose efficient solutions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
