This person will work on a strategic initiative focused on building and evolving high-scale digital platforms. **Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and evolve backend applications using Python and FastAPI. Define and disseminate best practices in architecture and development. Participate in technical discussions and provide technical support to the team. Optimize application performance, scalability, and observability. Contribute to platform architecture evolution. Participate in code reviews and mentor less-experienced developers. Support quality, security, and technical governance initiatives. **Requirements:** Solid backend development experience using Python. Strong knowledge of FastAPI. Advanced experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling. Experience with distributed architectures and microservices. Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS. Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Technical leadership ability and architectural decision-making capability. Experience in agile environments. **Nice-to-have:** Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar). Knowledge of Kubernetes. Experience with event-driven architecture.
