Our teams operate synergistically and self-managed, adopting agile methodologies to ensure effectiveness and leadership across all initiatives. **Responsibilities and duties** We are seeking a **Senior FullStack Developer** to work on a strategic project within our internal software factory team. This person will focus on developing, evolving, and maintaining digital solutions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking technical autonomy, product vision, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and active participation in technical decision-making. This position exists to support the growth and evolution of our internal software factory, contributing to impactful projects, continuous improvement of deliveries, and strengthening the team’s technical capabilities. **Activities:** * Develop and evolve web and mobile applications, working across frontend, backend, and integrations. * Create, maintain, and integrate APIs, services, and reusable components. * Work with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, and React Native. * Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as Planning, Daily Stand-up, Refinement, and Retrospective. * Contribute to technical decisions regarding architecture, coding standards, testing, and best practices. * Conduct code reviews, manage pull requests, and support conflict resolution in Git. * Work with relational, non-relational, and caching databases. * Support the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. * Work with Docker, cloud environments, and application deployment. * Fix bugs, propose performance improvements, and support application maintenance. * Support less experienced team members when needed, while remaining actively engaged in development. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications****:** * Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express or NestJS. * Experience with React, including hooks and state management. * Solid knowledge of Python, preferably with FastAPI or Flask. * Experience developing mobile applications using React Native. * Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. * Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB or NoSQL. * Knowledge of caching with Redis. * Experience with Git, pull requests, conflict resolution, and version control best practices. * Experience with Docker, Dockerfile, and docker\-compose. * Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions. * Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Pytest, TDD, and coverage analysis. * Knowledge of AWS, especially EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFront. * Experience working in agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies. * Strong communication skills, organization, autonomy, attention to detail, and time management ability. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in a software factory, consulting, or strategic internal projects. * Best practices in software architecture and code design. * Semantic versioning and Git Flow. * Observability, logging, and monitoring practices. * Experience building scalable applications in cloud environments. **Additional information** **What we offer:** Health and dental insurance: At Firedev, we fully subsidize health and dental care to take care of you!
