Job Details Employment Type: * Independent Contractor (PJ) Professional Area: Information Technology / IT Work Mode: Remote Responsibilities and Duties We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to work on the development and evolution of applications, contributing consistent technical solutions, high-quality code, and continuous improvement of our platforms. We seek a candidate with solid software development experience, strong understanding of the delivery lifecycle, and the ability to analyze scenarios, propose solutions, and collaborate effectively with development, quality assurance, product, and support teams. This position will play a key role in building modern web applications, service integrations, and adopting engineering best practices—supporting the delivery of secure, stable, and maintainable solutions. Responsibilities and Duties • Develop, maintain, and evolve fullstack web applications. • Build secure, scalable solutions aligned with the team’s technical standards. • Participate in technical and architectural discussions, contributing analyses and improvement proposals. • Develop, maintain, and integrate REST APIs and enterprise services. • Model, query, analyze, and optimize data in SQL Server, applying best practices for queries, indexing, performance, and data quality. • Implement new features and enhance existing code, prioritizing readability, testability, and maintainability. • Investigate and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical incidents—identifying root causes and proposing preventive actions. • Participate in code reviews, contributing to delivery quality and standardization. • Share knowledge and provide technical support to less experienced developers when needed. • Contribute to improvements related to code quality, testing, observability, and application stability. Requirements and Qualifications • Solid backend development experience using C\# and .NET. • Frontend development experience using Angular and/or React. • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and web application architecture. • Experience with SQL Server, data modeling, and SQL query development. • Knowledge of query optimization and best practices for data persistence. • Understanding of software architecture principles, object-oriented design, and development best practices. • Ability to perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of medium-to-high complexity problems. • Experience with version control and team collaboration using Git. • Strong communication skills, autonomy, organization, and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with microservices architecture. • Knowledge of Blazor for web application development with C\#/.NET. • Familiarity with messaging systems, queues, or asynchronous processing. • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. • Knowledge of automated testing. • Experience operating in cloud environments, containers, or Docker. • Experience with observability, logging, metrics, and application monitoring. • Knowledge of security practices in application development.
