Whether in-office or remote, we foster authentic connections and build a collaborative workplace enriched with exchange opportunities, fun, and development—such as happy hours, game nights, and discussion circles. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your work will include:** * Developing and evolving data platform components on Databricks. * Building reusable libraries, frameworks, and accelerators for Data Engineering teams. * Establishing standards for pipelines, observability, documentation, and data quality. * Developing connectors and solutions for data ingestion from diverse sources. * Contributing to the platform’s continuous evolution by evaluating emerging technologies and best practices. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Experience with **Databricks**. * Development in **Python** and/or **PySpark**. * Knowledge of **Azure**. * Experience with **Git** and **CI/CD**. * Hands-on experience with **Unity Catalog**, **Delta Live Tables (DLT)**, or Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs). * English proficiency to operate in a global environment. **Nice to have:** * Experience with **Qlik Replicate** or other CDC tools. * Knowledge of pipeline observability. * Experience building shared frameworks or libraries. * Familiarity with MLflow. * Azure or Databricks certifications. **Additional information** **The selection process:** **We believe that a transparent and respectful selection process is fundamental to a positive candidate experience.
