Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Maintain data environments and processes in Azure and on-premises, ensuring continuous and reliable operation; * Perform advanced administration and support for Databricks (Azure), including troubleshooting and operational adjustments; * Monitor and oversee data pipelines, jobs, integrations, and routines, with both preventive and corrective perspectives; * Implement fixes and improvements to existing processes, identifying root causes and reducing recurrence; * Manage and resolve incidents (SLA adherence, prioritization, communication, and follow-up until stabilization); * Support BI and development teams by ensuring environments are ready for new releases and business demands; * Continuously evolve and improve DataOps / CI-CD data pipelines (governance, quality, and reliability); * Collaborate with infrastructure/architecture teams as needed (capacity, access, security, network, performance); * Ensure compliance with best practices for data security, governance, and regulatory requirements; * Propose and implement improvements to observability, monitoring, and alerting (metrics, logs, traceability). **Requirements and qualifications** * Senior-level experience in Data Engineering with a focus on maintenance/operations (not just greenfield projects); * Solid hands-on experience with Databricks, including troubleshooting and maintaining jobs/pipelines; * Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure; * Experience supporting production data pipelines, integrations, and data processes; * Knowledge of monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution (SLA adherence, prioritization, response, and post-incident review); * Strong experience in data projects, building and maintaining pipelines, data integration, data modeling, and operating in analytical environments; * Sufficient seniority to work autonomously, communicate effectively with technical and business teams, and contribute to the organization’s growth and Squad evolution. **Additional information** We are the **SysMap Group**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
