This conviction guides every decision we make, every project we deliver, and every person we develop. **Key Responsibilities:** * Evolve data modeling to better align with business questions and use cases for analytics, ML, and AI agents. * Implement best practices in domain modeling (Data Domain) and data product modeling, including traceability, reuse, and versioning. * Support the area’s technical guidelines and internal team development through mentoring and code reviews. * Participate in the migration and adaptation of the data ecosystem to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), evaluating equivalences with the current GCP environment (BigQuery, Composer, etc.). * Design data pipelines ready for feature engineering, scoring models, and production ML products. * Contribute to the evolution of the data catalog and the Data Domain model, accelerating the creation of reusable data products. * Ensure pipeline quality, technical governance, and resilience—eliminating fragile dependencies and data silos (Excel, Python on user machines, etc.). **Requirements:** Experience Level: Senior or Principal (7+ years of production data experience) Architecture: Proficiency in Lakehouse architectures, Delta/Parquet, Spark, dimensional modeling, and Data Vault Cloud: GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer) and/or OCI; ability to operate across platforms ML/AI: Experience with feature engineering pipelines, MLflow or equivalent, and feature repositories Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into data models Active daily use of AI tools (Copilot, code assistants, agents) **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in financial services, fintechs, or e-commerce; experience working with product teams **Work Location:** Remote **Why build your career at Insi?** Because here you think, decide, and create together.
