Apply now and help build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage **batch data ingestion** into a **cloud-based Data Warehouse (AWS)**, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability of data loads; * Develop, maintain, and enhance **data pipelines (ETL/ELT)**, guaranteeing robust processes for data extraction, transformation, validation, and automation; * Be responsible for **pipeline operations and monitoring**, including **DevOps/DataOps practices**, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution; * Design and manage **Data Lake environments**, ensuring data organization, governance, partitioning, and standardization; * Implement and oversee **data quality controls (Data Quality)**, defining validation rules, metrics, and alerts to ensure data integrity and reliability; * Identify bottlenecks and **propose continuous improvements** to data processes and architectures, delivering technical solutions aligned with business challenges; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (BI, Analytics, Engineering, and Product), promoting best practices, standardization, and knowledge sharing. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields; * Advanced programming experience (Python, Scala, or Java); * Experience with distributed systems; * Knowledge of cloud architectures; * Experience with SQL for data analysis; * Experience with predictive modeling (regression, classification, etc.); * Proficiency in programming languages (we use Python and R) and their respective libraries (PySpark, R, SQL, SAS, etc.); * Intermediate English proficiency.
