Senior Backend Developer

Description

FCamara is seeking a Senior Backend Developer**,** to work for one of the largest companies in Latin America, a leader in the clinical diagnostic testing market. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and maintain backend applications * Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs * Work with microservices architectures * Implement and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes * Integrate and manage messaging systems * Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features * Monitor and improve system and service performance **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid backend development experience with Java 21 / Spring Boot 3 / Hibernate * Knowledge of React frontend applications (**basic)** * Familiarity with Material UI Design System * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration * Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka and SQS * Deep understanding of various system architectures, including monolithic, microservices, serverless, and others * Experience developing and integrating APIs * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL) * Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD **Additional information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
