Become a Sympler! **What will your day-to-day look like as a Senior Android Developer here?** * Lead complex Android projects technically, serving as a reference for architectural decisions and best practices. * Ensure technical excellence of the Android app, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability. * Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to propose feasible and innovative technical solutions. * Conduct in-depth code reviews, promoting continuous improvement of the codebase. * Support the development and mentoring of Android developers on the team. * Actively participate in initiatives to improve engineering processes, tools, and culture. * Stay updated with trends and evolutions in the Android ecosystem, proposing innovations whenever appropriate. **What do you need to join our Mobile Development team?** * Solid experience developing Android applications using Kotlin. * Mastery of architecture concepts (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Modularization). * In-depth knowledge of the Android SDK, Android Jetpack, build tools, and automation. * Experience with automated testing (unit, instrumented). * Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and production app monitoring. **It would be a great differentiator if you have:** * Experience acting as a technical reference or tech lead * Experience with Compose * Experience with large-scale or high-usage apps **Work model**: Remote **Sympla prioritizes diversity and plurality.** We believe a diverse team is essential for innovation and success.
