Qualifications: **Academic Background:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Solid experience in managing communication/technology projects and leading large teams. * Strategic vision and agility in decision-making under high-volume, fast-prioritization scenarios. * Excellent communication and organizational skills to integrate diverse hubs and work fronts. ### **Additional Information:** * Contract type: PJ (active CNPJ required). * Personal equipment required. * Remote position. * Project duration: initial term of 5 months, with possibility of extension.
