Program Manager

Description

**Job Objective:** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing programs composed of multiple SAP projects and related technology initiatives, ensuring integrated execution aligned with business strategic objectives and focused on delivering sustainable value—with emphasis on predictability, quality, and governance. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage programs comprising SAP projects (e.g., S/4HANA, integrations, AMS, rollouts, and continuous improvements) and associated technology initiatives. * Ensure alignment among program scope, timelines, resources, budget, and priorities. * Establish and lead program governance, including executive rituals, structured reporting, and decision-making forums. * Monitor end-to-end execution, managing risks, dependencies, integrations, and critical blockers. * Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, executive leadership, technical teams, and partners. * Track KPIs, status, delivery quality, and program benefit realization. * Support strategic decision-making through recommendations on roadmap, demand prioritization, and resource allocation. * Ensure adherence to SAP delivery best practices (e.g., SAP Activate, transport governance, change management, and hypercare). * Foster effective integration across business units, IT, and vendors, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. **Requirements and Competencies** * Proven experience managing medium-to-large-scale SAP programs or projects. * Hands-on experience in SAP environment implementations, upgrades, or support (AMS). * Strong executive communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholders. * Strategic mindset, results orientation, and sound decision-making under high-pressure conditions. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional, agile, or hybrid). * Experience managing multiple vendors and integrated environments. **Differentiators** * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams. * Experience in digital transformation programs (e.g., S/4HANA, RISE, integrations with data and analytics platforms). * Familiarity with SAP governance tools and practices (Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP For Me). * Experience with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Foundry or similar). **Work Model** Remote work model, with availability for occasional travel to support strategic alignment sessions, workshops, or key program milestones. **Why build your career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals can engage with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, propose new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
